In 2022, he completed a Master of Business Administration at the Jack Welch Management Institute, further solidifying his skills in management and leadership.

Mr. McGrath’s career commenced as an account manager at Cigna Health Benefits. From 1999 to 2001, he established a foundation in sales and account management. He then transitioned to senior account executive at Igoe Administrative Services from 2001 to 2004. This led him to serve as a sales representative at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies Johnson & Johnson from 2004 to 2005, further honing his sales skills. Joining Medtronic as a sales representative from 2005 to 2012, Mr. McGrath solidified his position in the medical sales arena. Eventually, he took on the responsibilities of an area sales manager at NuVasive from 2012 to 2016, until the company promoted him to principal in 2016, demonstrating his dedication and commitment to growth and excellence.

Mr. McGrath’s exceptional achievements and career accolades are a testament to his unwavering commitment and multifaceted skill set. His impressive track record includes Chairman’s Club and President’s Club wins. He attributes his success to a culmination of influences—his upbringing in a competitive environment, the guidance of mentors across various domains, and a robust work ethic instilled by his mother. His passion for sales and resilience shaped his journey, stemming from his transition from sports to health insurance sales, then onto pharmaceuticals, and eventually finding his forte in medical device sales.
