Brandyn Holzer, residential appraiser at Robert J. Moody Appraisers, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in appraisals.
Ms. Holzer’s academic journey commenced with a strong focus on education and professional development. She obtained her Associate of Arts from Arizona Western College in 2000. Continuing her pursuit of knowledge, she earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and teaching from Northern Arizona University in 2002. She embarked on her career path as a teacher, leveraging her passion for education to make a positive impact on young minds. However, an opportunity arose within her family’s appraising firm, Robert J. Moody Appraisers, where she found her true calling. Initially assisting with bookkeeping tasks, she transitioned to become the office manager before delving into the world of residential appraising. Since 2001, she has served as both a fee appraiser and residential appraiser at the firm.
In addition to her role at Robert J. Moody Appraisers, Ms. Holzer explored entrepreneurial ventures as an independent consultant for Arbonne International LLC from 2017 to 2020. This experience allowed her to expand her skill set and explore new opportunities outside of her primary profession. Throughout her career, she has achieved numerous milestones and garnered recognition for her exemplary work ethic and contributions to her field.
Notably, Ms. Holzer played a crucial role in mediating a complex family dispute and advocated for legislative changes to support victims of domestic violence. Her dedication to her community and profession shines through in her involvement with the Arizona Association of Real Estate Appraisers, where she serves as the secretary. Looking ahead, she envisions excelling in her role as a residential appraiser while pursuing her entrepreneurial endeavors. With plans to acquire ownership of Robert J. Moody Appraisers and embark on a new agricultural venture with her sister, she remains dedicated to serving her community and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
