With decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Kriza has excelled as the chief executive officer for Challenging Decisions since 2019. Prior to this position, he found much success as the president and chief executive officer for MTC Performance from 1993 to 2018, a tenure in which his efforts aided in a growth of over 470%, and the general manager for 360insights from 2019 to 2022. He previously served as a sales representative with GB Marketing from 1981 to 1984 and a district sales manager for the Panasonic Industrial Company from 1986 to 1987. He began his career as a sales representative for the Sony Corporation of America between 1977 and 1981. Among his many career highlights, Mr. Kriza is particularly proud of conceiving, developing, and evolving an enterprise-class piece of software that has been notably adopted by a number of multibillion-dollar companies.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Kriza completed undergraduate coursework at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1970 and Morton College in 1972. To support his ambitions within his field, he obtained a certification in system dynamics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2002 and a certification in influencing others from Lynda.com in 2015. Attributing his success to his intelligence, work ethic, willingness to take risks, and his confidence in accomplishing anything to which he sets his mind, he was recognized as the Number One Regional Salesperson for Apple in Chicago and received an honor for helping to develop the Product of the Year. Looking toward the future, Mr. Kriza hopes to build Challenging Decisions to the point where it can significantly contribute to solving people’s real problems.
