Mr. Haga’s journey into the world of technology began in the mid-1990s when he transitioned from an accounting professional to a printer repair technician. Nearly three decades later, his passion has earned him recognition in both information technology (IT) and cybersecurity with leading organizations. Mr. Haga’s early exposure to the industry was significantly influenced by his mother, who encouraged him to embrace the burgeoning internet era, paving the way for his success.
In 2025, Mr. Haga left the corporate world as a leading cybersecurity expert and embarked on an entrepreneurial venture with Never Miss Your Shot Network (NMYSN). Within five months, he transformed a concept into a thriving business that collaborates with golf courses across the U.S. As the president and chief executive officer, Mr. Haga develops marketing strategies and partnership opportunities with golf associations while managing live event coverage and coordinating content delivery with golf courses. His leadership has expanded the company to over 40 employees and has since established its presence nationwide.
With locations in the Phoenix, Arizona, and Chicago, Illinois, metropolitan areas, NMYSN is recognized as a pioneering digital content company that allows amateur golfers to enjoy a premium experience as though they are on a professional tour. This experience, which takes place on a signature Par 3, marries social media and technology so that everyone involved can relish in an experience that creates a lasting memory while helping grow the game of golf.
Before founding NMYSN, Mr. Haga served as the co-founder and chief leader at Element-46, a digital transformation consultancy in Chicago for a year, beginning in 2025. In this capacity, he worked with high-net-worth individuals, protecting both their privacy and reputation through industry-leading cybersecurity governance and technology.
Mr. Haga also held several key positions with prominent organizations in the IT space. From 2022 to 2025, he served as a senior manager of identity and access management at Paylocity. Before that, he was the information governance technical services manager at Latham & Watkins between 2019 and 2021. Mr. Haga’s expertise in identity and access management was also honed during his tenure at Highmark from 2017 to 2019 after a decade-long tenure at Visa that began in 2006. Earlier roles included project management positions at Peterson and Kaiser Permanente.
Mr. Haga’s professional accomplishments have been complemented by his certifications, including completion of the Nuix Workstation Forensic Practitioner Core Certification Exam, and certification as an information systems security professional, scrum master and project management professional. He also completed the BSI ISO/IEC 27001:2013 requirements.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Haga is actively involved in industry-related organizations, such as the National Golf Course Owners Association and the Golf Business Association. He has also made appearances on podcasts like ‘19th Hole with Michael Williams’ and is scheduled for an upcoming feature on CUTV.
