Prior to joining Perspectum, Ltd, she served as president of Bedford Park Consultants from 2018 to 2021 and as executive director of the Alliance for the Adoption of Innovations in Medicine from 2017 to 2018, where she spearheaded initiatives to advance health care innovation.

Throughout her career, Ms. Wild has championed causes aimed at empowering marginalized communities, particularly individuals with disabilities. Noteworthy accomplishments include her leadership in expanding the High School and High Tech program, a milestone that underscored her dedication to fostering inclusivity and accessibility in STEM education. Her role in revitalizing this program, led to significant growth, with the program expanding from 13 to over 60 sites nationwide within two years. Her strategic acumen and collaborative spirit were instrumental in securing grants and forging partnerships to support the program’s objectives.

Looking ahead, Ms. Wild envisions a future centered on community-based advocacy and healthcare accessibility. In the coming years, she plans to leverage her expertise to ensure equitable access to medical technology and advocate for inclusive employment practices. Drawing inspiration from her mentors, she remains committed to mentoring young professionals and fostering a culture of curiosity and compassion within her field.
