Ms. Weber served as product development manager at Voya Investment Management from 2003 to 2008. At Janus Henderson Group plc, she contributed as director from 2008 to 2014, senior director from 2014 to 2015, and assistant vice president of product strategy and development in 2015. She continued her career at Charles Schwab & Co. as managing director and head of strategy and product development from 2015 to 2021, managing director and head of retirement income from 2021 to 2022, and managing director of corporate strategy from 2022 to 2023.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Weber pursued an education at W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in management, summa cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in finance, summa cum laude, in 2001. She concluded her studies at the Eller College of Management at The University of Arizona, graduating with an Executive Master of Business Administration, summa cum laude, in 2008. She holds certifications from the SIFMA Securities Industry Institute, the Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, and the Yale School of Management.
Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Ms. Weber has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She contributed to the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and held the role of board member of the Aspen Business Leaders Council and a volunteer participant with the Ethnic College Counseling Center. In addition to her primary vocation, she remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She held executive and leadership positions with the Colorado Inclusive Economy and Women in ETFs.
In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Weber has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was presented with the Excellence in Leadership Award by Charles Schwab & Co. In the immediate future, she intends to expand her business to a level where she has the freedom to choose projects that align with her goal of supporting the next generation of leaders. To achieve this, she aims to enhance the financial viability of her business, enabling herself to offer services either for free or at reduced rates.
