Falah Tuba Al-Hadid, a.k.a. Harold J. Botley, president at Technical Resolution LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in finance.

With over five decades of experience in finance, Mr. Al-Hadid has built a successful career in finance, specializing in cost and budget management, technical performance, scheduling, and administration. He currently serves as the president of Technical Resolution LLC, a position he has held since 2014. In this capacity, he is responsible for researching, developing, and administering projects. His experience also includes serving as chief executive officer and chief financial officer at Technical Resolution Corp. from 1990 to 2013, project manager at the Central City Economic Development Association from 1986 to 1989, and president of Fresh Flavor Meals Inc., Pyramid Food Services Inc., and P&B Services Inc. from 1973 to 1985. Earlier in his career, he served as project director at the Central Employment Agency from 1968 to 1972, an employment facilitator for the National Coalition on Aging from 2012 to 2013, contributed to the America Speaks Rebuild New Orleans initiative from 2006 to 2007, and supported FEMA’s Katrina helpline from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, he served as a grant writer for the Salvation Army’s Harbor Light Center from 2003 to 2004 and held various project management roles from 1992 to 2001. His career also includes military service in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he achieved the rank of E4.

Mr. Al-Hadid is also a member of the Greater Washington Region Clean Cities Coalition and dedicates his time to the Washington Institute of Advanced Technology and the Washington State Department of Education, both since 1986. He also guided Support Service Inc. in a joint venture on the Alaska pipeline and served as a prime contractor at Trident Bases in Washington and Georgia. Laying a solid educational foundation for his career, he completed coursework in psychology at Olympic Junior College, followed by studies in business administration at the University of Puget Sound. He then earned a Bachelor of Arts in multi-interdisciplinary studies from The Evergreen State College in 1986 and pursued coursework toward a Master of Information Systems at The George Washington University. His certifications include those from the Virginia State Commission, Bureau of Insurance in Life and Health, and the National Federation of Housing Counselors Inc.

Reflecting on his path, Mr. Al-Hadid takes great pride in securing a Washington State grant to establish an employment office that placed approximately 400 Vietnam veterans and low-income residents in jobs annually for five years. His acceptance into the SBA 8(a) program allowed him to expand KP Service to 1,000 employees and found Pyramid Catering Service, which provided essential meals to Century City Studio and the communities of Watts and Compton. His achievements also include winning a $30 million contract in Saudi Arabia and developing a food manufacturing company that produced NASA-tested MREs based on Natick Lab recipes. Additionally, his research for the GSA Federal Telephone System 2000 significantly increased minority participation, and he successfully challenged the U.S. Air Force and Navy under Section 801, advocating for better housing for enlisted personnel. In the coming years, he and his team aim to provide holistic services and focus on human development, with plans to expand energy efficiency and workforce development initiatives. He advises aspiring professionals to thoroughly research and support what they know while remaining open to new knowledge and emphasizes the importance of distinguishing between facts and misinformation to avoid getting lost in the confusion.
