Her experience includes being a realtor with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty from 2018 to 2019 and a real estate consultant with DHA from 2016 to 2018. Her earlier roles include working in the IP litigation department at WilmerHale from 2010 to 2016, in the risk management advisory division at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in 2005, at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP from 2002 to 2005, and at Latham & Watkins from 1996 to 1999. She also worked in the entertainment and hospitality division at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1994 to 1996 and as a property manager at Japanese Village Plaza from 1992 to 1994. She also co-owned Twin Palms Restaurant, Big Daddy’s Bar & Grill, and Premier Jewelry Mart, and worked as a gymnastics coach, swimming teacher, receptionist, and executive assistant earlier in her career. Additionally, she has contributed to her field through presentations at the University of Southern California in 2022, being featured in the Star News Group Newspaper in 2022, and speaking at several forums and conferences.
Ms. Constanzo holds memberships with the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors, and from 2005 to 2010, she was the founder of the Children’s Educational Foundation. She has contributed as a donor and volunteer to numerous causes, including the Midnight Mission, Cycle for Survival, and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society through Team Sonia and Team In Training, participates in One Voice’s annual food drive, providing food and necessities for families in poverty, and donates to the American Red Cross and City of Hope. Additionally, she has mentored and taught children in South Central Los Angeles through USC’s Joint Educational Project and supported Gobble Gobble Give. She also serves as a Move for the Movement ambassador, supporting women seeking to enter the industry. She successfully closed a Boy Scouts of America headquarters deal, collaborating with the head of the LDS Church, the chief executive officer of the Boy Scouts of America, and Stuart Cushman from Cushman & Wakefield.
In light of her impressive achievements, Ms. Constanzo was honored as Protégé of the Year by Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2024, earned the Circle of Distinction Award from Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty from 2020 to 2022, was part of the top team in California at Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty, was recognized as one of the top seven female commercial brokers for Coldwell Banker Commercial Worldwide in 2022, and earned the Platinum Circle of Distinction from Coldwell Banker Commercial Worldwide in 2022. Laying a solid educational foundation, she earned an Associate of Arts from Pasadena City College and a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the Annenberg School for Communications at the University of Southern California in 1998. She is currently pursuing her Certified Community Association Manager designation and holds both a broker and realtor license. In the coming years, she aims to continue excelling in real estate and to take pride in how she conducts herself daily.
