He further enhanced his qualifications by obtaining a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification in 2024, as well as certifications in CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals. He takes great pride in his early success at Third & Market, recruiting employees and contractors within the first six months of the company’s establishment, which set the stage for the company to secure partnerships with prominent brands, including those associated with Magnolia Homes and Paris Fashion Week.
Mr. Phillips attributes his success to the collective expertise he shares with his wife. With extensive experience designing for organizations like the Centeva Foundation, which funds innovative solutions for global challenges and professional hockey player T.J. Oshie, she has a proven track record of creating impactful designs for athletic companies. The synergy between her creative expertise and his business acumen has been instrumental in driving the achievements of their ventures. Looking to the future, he aims to build a comprehensive team of designers available for outsourcing, alongside a skilled team of software engineers.
