Ms. Haskell has established herself as a leader in the broader business sector with a specialized focus on marketing and advertising. Since 2019, she has served as the founder and principal consultant of CapitalClass Marketing, where she is known for her expertise in creating experiences, mapping out customer journeys and driving conversions that maximize lifetime value. Ms. Haskell’s ability to help others realize their potential and guide them to surpass expectations stands as her most notable achievement.

In one particularly challenging assignment in Denver, Ms. Haskell was tasked with delivering significant results after a major virtual event with only half the usual budget and resources. Through innovative solutions and collaboration with vendors and subject matter experts, she not only met but exceeded revenue targets, doubling and tripling goals while energizing her team and aligning sales, marketing and business development for comprehensive organizational success.

Before launching CaptialClass Marketing, Ms. Haskell held key executive positions, including chief marketing officer at both Larson Jewelers and Universal Jewelry in Long Beach, California, from 2023 to 2025. In these roles, she further honed her skills in strategic leadership and organizational growth. Between 2022 and 2023, Ms. Haskell excelled as an account director at TrueVoice Growth Marketing, a full-service digital marketing agency, in Boston, Massachusetts, where she managed client relationships and drove demand generation initiatives.

Ms. Haskell’s earlier experience included serving as a demand generation manager at CA Technologies (now Broadcom) from 2016 to 2018. Recruited from Qvidian, a software development company, she spent 2014 through 2016 as the marketing operations manager. Ms. Haskell also contributed as a senior marketing automation manager at athenahealth in Watertown, Massachusetts, between 2012 and 2013 and as a technology marketing programs manager at Staples Inc. in 2012.

Having built a successful foundation in marketing through progressive roles, Ms. Haskell initially worked as a marketing coordinator and marketing communications project manager at IBM between 2005 and 2007. She then served as a marketing programs specialist and marketing analyst at Workscape (now ADP Inc.) and as a marketing project manager at ExaGrid Systems in 2011. Each position provided opportunities for growth and learning that have shaped Ms. Haskell into the accomplished executive she is today.

Ms. Haskell’s academic background included earning a bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, New Hampshire, in 2004. This educational foundation provided her with essential knowledge that has supported her ability to drive innovation and lead teams effectively.

Throughout her career journey, Ms. Haskell has actively engaged with industry organizations to remain at the forefront of evolving trends. She is an executive member of the International LEAP Network and is also affiliated with the Worldwide Women’s Association. Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Haskell is civically engaged as a teacher at St. Mary’s Parish & School and as a partner with Soldiers Angels, demonstrating a commitment to service within her community.

Ms. Haskell’s approach to leadership is deeply influenced by a balance of visionary thinking and collaborative engagement. During her tenure at CA Technologies, she was honored with the Pacesetter Award for her outstanding contributions. Ms. Haskell attributes much of her success to building on the strengths of others, strengthening teams, empowering colleagues and fostering environments where collective achievement is prioritized over individual accolades.

As she looks ahead, Ms. Haskell intends to focus on reinvention, observing how advancements such as artificial intelligence are reshaping values related to family, humanity and ethics while remaining true to core beliefs. She hopes to be remembered for her confidence, energy and unwavering determination, qualities that inspire teams to overcome challenges together while ensuring everyone emerges stronger than before.
