Mr. Ariyakula, a professional consultant and senior executive vice president at A-1 Consulting Inc. in Atlanta since 2010, founded his firm as the owner and chief executive officer in 2001. He also worked as a senior executive for The Coca-Cola Company, Accenture, and Infosys between 2012 and 2017 in the Greater Atlanta area. In addition to his full-time career objectives, Mr. Ariyakula continues to serve on various boards for other organizations, providing his insight and expertise.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Ariyakula was an associate and business transformation manager at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2008 to 2011 in Atlanta, where his primary client was the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority in Washington, D.C. He also garnered success with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta as a business transformation manager of supply chain and finance between 2005 and 2008. Mr. Ariyakula began his career with GE Energy from 2002 to 2005 as a delivery management lead after serving in various senior consulting roles between 1996 and 2001 with companies like A.T. KEARNEY, KPMG and Lucent.
Highly educated, Mr. Ariyakula has held a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Bharathiar University in India since 1994 and a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio, since 1996. In addition to his degrees, he is active in his professional community as a member of the Project Management Institute and several other organizations. These industry-related commitments enable Mr. Ariyakula to remain at the forefront of his industry.
Civically, Mr. Ariyakula is a member of Rotary International, Rotary Club India, Toastmasters International, the AT Kearney Alumni Association and the University of Dayton Alumni Association. He has also been active with Earth Green Day through Accenture since 2013. Moreover, Mr. Ariyakula is steadfast in his corporate commitment to giving back to the community, particularly in the U.S., India, and Africa.
Mr. Ariyakula’s significant background and expertise in program management, profit and loss management, delivery management, sales and vendor management, and solutions architecture have been pivotal to his success.
