With nearly two and a half decades of experience, Mr. Horowitz has built a distinguished career, currently serving as chief executive officer at Vision Insights since 2022. In his role, he coaches his team to effectively lead client objectives to successful outcomes, collaborates with the president of products and strategy to ensure seamless technology and interface functionality, and aligns new features with client-driven requests. His experience also includes serving as chief revenue officer of the Americas at YouGov from 2021 to 2022, head of U.S. accounts, KAM and AM at YouGov from 2020 to 2021, and chief revenue officer at YouGov Sport from 2017 to 2021. Before these roles, he was senior vice president of Nielsen Sports, North America, at Nielsen from 2016 to 2017 and senior vice president of North America at Repucom in 2016.
From 2006 to 2016, Mr. Horowitz held leadership roles with Repucom, the Phoenix Suns, Navigate Marketing, and Harlem Globetrotters International. Earlier in his career, he contributed to Allstar Marketing and Events, Sierra H Broadcasting KAJM/KNRJ, CBS Radio Phoenix as a DJ and promo assistant, Red Rock Communications as marketing director and assistant operations, and KJACK Radio as station manager and program director. In addition, he has been a speaker at universities and industry events, addressing topics such as the impact of sports on travel and tourism at the Travel and Tourism Research Association and the Florida Governor’s Conference on Tourism.
Reflecting on his path, Mr. Horowitz takes pride in securing significant sponsorship deals with top executives at major companies, successfully redirecting over $100 million in annual sponsorship funds to new properties, totaling more than a billion dollars in shifted revenues. He has also championed small start-ups, helping them compete against major global companies, capturing $4 million from competitors, and compelling industry leaders to recognize and respond to their growing influence. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has received several accolades, including being honored as one of the Sports Business Best Places to Work in 2023, recognized by the Travel and Tourism Research Association, and named to the Sports Business 40 Under 40 list. He attributes his success to a strong work ethic and the unwavering support of his family. Looking to the future, he envisions expanding the business on a global scale to create a lasting legacy.
