She has been instrumental in leading her team to hire over 60,000 tax associates and ensuring all training requirements are met. Before joining H&R Block, Ms. Glass was a business operational leader at Lexmark from 2007 to 2015 and a product and sales leader at Sprint, T-Mobile USA, Inc. between 1996 and 2007.
In preparation for her career, Ms. Glass received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Truman State University in 1995 and a Master of Public Administration in human resources from the University of Missouri Kansas City in 1999. Additional educational pursuits to her credit include several credentials through LinkedIn Corporation in bias, effective communication and human resources, a master certificate in project management from The George Washington University, and a certificate in employee relations from Cornell University.
Civically active, Ms. Glass frequently volunteers at her children’s school. She also participates with Make Every Block Better through HRB Digital LLC, where she notably received the inaugural Best of Block Award in 2018. This peer-nominated accolade recognized her role in implementing e-train, which streamlined her company’s training processes by transitioning from paper-based to electronic methods. Much of Ms. Glass’s success is credited to the support and guidance of her team and mentors. Looking toward the future, she intends to leverage her knowledge and experience to further the growth of organizations and the development of others in the field.
