Dina Patel, founder and chief executive officer at Soluna Network, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in technology.
With three decades of experience to her credit, Ms. Patel has built a distinguished career in technology. She currently serves as founder and chief executive officer of Soluna Network LLC, a company that develops and operates green data centers that use renewable energy to power computing resources, and managing director of Broadstreet Family Office, roles she has held since 2024. Her experience also includes serving as SAP principal partner at PwC from 2019 to 2023, vice president and industry advisor for consumer products at SAP from 2014 to 2019, and group vice president of cross-portfolio management for the platform solutions group at SAP from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, she was a strategic account executive at Decision First Technologies in 2014, vice president of the transformation office and PMO at Newell Brands from 2012 to 2014, and director of SAP at Newell Brands from 2006 to 2012. Earlier in her career, she held positions as security manager at The Home Depot from 2002 to 2003 and senior SAP consultant at KPMG from 1993 to 2001. She also dedicates her time to philanthropic efforts with Hope Endowment in India and Adaptive Intelligence. She laid a strong educational foundation, earning a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech, earned in 1994.
In addition, Ms. Patel is the author of “Dinky’s Enchanted Garden,” a 30-page autobiographical children’s book featuring illustrations by her close friend, Bea Pitchford. She is currently in the process of seeking a publisher for the book, with a planned release in late 2025. Additionally, she is developing a wellness app called The Wellness Industry Disruptor, which is currently in the process of being trademarked. The app goes beyond traditional wellness platforms by blending Eastern and Western modalities, offering 50 to 60 diverse features such as journaling, breathing techniques, and scanning, all under one comprehensive umbrella. Using artificial intelligence, the app provides personalized support tailored to the needs of busy professionals in the workforce. The app is designed to complement traditional insurance offerings, providing organizations with an extensive wellness package for employees. This includes services such as therapy, acupuncture, and alternative wellness solutions, focusing on holistic healing beyond pharmaceutical interventions. Ms. Patel plans to pitch the app to insurance companies and organizations, with a targeted launch in late 2025.
Reflecting on her path, Ms. Patel takes great pride in having positively impacted countless lives through her mentorship and guidance. She also believes her collaborative leadership style and emotional intelligence has helped her foster meaningful connections and inspires others. She also attributes her success to the sacrifices made by her parents, who worked tirelessly to create better opportunities for their children. Looking to the future, In advising aspiring professionals, Ms. Patel emphasizes the importance of being a sponge and absorbing knowledge and experiences. She also shares a transformative exercise she practiced with her team: writing one’s eulogy before death and using it as a guide to live intentionally. This exercise encourages aligning daily actions with core values and long-term aspirations, promoting a life of purpose and fulfillment.
