Reflecting on his path, Mr. Barnes has had a passion for numbers since he was young, and in high school, when a guidance counselor encouraged him to take an accounting class, he found he excelled in it. He attributes his success to his parents, who instilled in him a strong work ethic and the importance of treating others with respect. He takes great pride in achieving a CPA license, which positioned him to obtain his current role. Looking to the future, he aspires to further his development and advance to positions such as senior director, chief financial officer, or executive director while improving policies and procedures within his organization. He also prioritizes his role as a father and husband, striving to nurture and support his family as his children grow.
