Braden Michael Turner, MBA, Programs Manager at HCB Yachts, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in Engineering.
Mr. Turner is distinguished for his expertise, representing HBC Yachts in Vonore, Tennessee, as a program manager since 2021. Responsible for overseeing all six models for the leading manufacturer of custom center console vessels, totaling over $200 million in annual sales, he has been instrumental in positioning the company for future success.
Having previously worked in the aerospace-defense and automotive industries, Mr. Turner came from Honeywell International Inc. in Kansas City, Missouri, as a mechanical engineer from 2019 to 2021. He also worked for Ford Motor Company in Allen Park, Michigan, between 2014 and 2019, initially as a design and release engineer of product development for Ford and Lincoln Core Engineering and working his way up to vehicle integration engineer and competitor benchmarking lead of product development for Ford Performance.
Before earning his degrees, Mr. Turner gained experience in automotive repair as an automotive technician with Sears, Roebuck and Company in Manhattan, Kansas, and in the hospitality sector in various roles with The Salty Rim Margarita Bar in Manhattan. He also gained experience as an assistant coach for Olathe Lacrosse in Olathe, Kanas, from 2019 to 2021.
A graduate of Kansas State University, Mr. Turner received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 2014. He also garnered a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University in 2021. Additionally, he is recognized as a certified Lean Six Sigma master black belt. Besides his degrees, Mr. Turner remains at the forefront of his industry as a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Society of Automotive Engineers.
While working toward his bachelor’s degree, Mr. Turner served in the U.S. Marine Corps, earning the title sergeant and squad leader between 2008 and 2015. His dedication to his community continues as a volunteer with the Toys for Tots Foundation, the Fisher House Foundation, Project SOS and the American Cancer Society. He is also active in the Villanova University Alumni Association, the K-State Alumni Association and the University of Hertfordshire Alumni Association.
Mr. Turner’s career has been filled with numerous successful accomplishments, notably the launch of HCB Yachts’ second Campeón, a 48-foot yacht, at the Miami International Boat Show. His professional accomplishments have been recognized several times, including with a Ford Recognition Award from Ford Motor Company in 2015 and 2017. Meanwhile, Mr. Turner’s civic contributions earned him recognition as an Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America in 2003 and a Presidential Community Service Award every year from 2002 to 2005. Moreover, his military service was recognized by the U.S. Marine Corps when he was named a Platoon High Shooter in 2008, with the Unit Crunches Record in 2013, the Unit Pull-Up Record in 2014, and as a Non-Commissioner Officer of the Year Award nominee in 2014. Crediting much of his success to the unwavering support of his parents, Mr. Turner’s consistent encouragement has benefited him throughout his life, particularly during his military career.

He also aims to secure a higher position within the organization, where he can leverage his skills and experience to influence its trajectory.
