In this capacity, he oversees critical aspects of cost management and systems engineering, leveraging his expertise to drive program success.

Before pivoting into a management role, Mr. Pierce was a principal system safety engineer at Northrop Grumman in 2024, where he ensured the highest standards of safety and reliability in advanced defense systems. Mr. Pierce joined the company in March 2024 and soon after became a product owner from late 2024 to 2025.

In addition to his corporate roles, Mr. Pierce is the owner of Bridgeway Home Solutions and a real estate investor with Sic Parvis Magna Properties in Huntsville since 2021. His business acumen extends to day trading and providing relationship and financial advice to individuals through his entrepreneurial ventures.

Mr. Pierce built a distinguished career at Raytheon Technologies Corporation (now RTX) for more than five years before being recruited by Northrop Grumman. He began as an advanced manufacturing and test engineer in El Segundo, California, from 2019 to 2020. He also excelled as a mechanical engineer, an advanced mechanical engineer, and a manufacturing engineer, where he worked on hypersonic missiles, nuclear warfare systems and defense radars for jets. These projects demanded technical acumen and innovative problem-solving. In 2023, Mr. Pierce had the opportunity to participate in the emerging PM development program at Raytheon in Huntsville, Alabama, further honing his program management skills.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Pierce earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Alabama in 2019. While in college, Mr. Pierce worked as a project intern with SMP Automotive Global in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Pierce’s education provided a strong technical foundation that has underpinned his success across various engineering disciplines. He also holds certifications in cost account management from Northrop Grumman and level VII program management from Raytheon Technologies Corporation.

Mr. Pierce actively contributes to professional communities, including as a member of the National Society of Black Engineers. He also maintains a strong civic presence. He sponsors high school events and provides shoes in underprivileged areas. Mr. Pierce’s volunteer efforts include coaching youth sports teams, tutoring students in mathematics and English, and delivering leadership speaking engagements at high schools throughout Huntsville, as well as business presentations for the local chamber of commerce. Additionally, he teaches classes on financial literacy and resume creation.

Mr. Pierce achieved recognition as a Top Agent by BestAgents.us in 2024 and was featured in Best in Real Estate Magazine that same year. He was also a recipient of the Tip of the Spear Award and Customer Appreciation Award and earned second place in a chess tournament held in Tuscaloosa. Among other notable recognitions was being nominated for the Black Engineer of the Year Award, a distinction that stands as a testament to Mr. Pierce’s impact within the industry.

Mr. Pierce’s expertise encompasses space systems, warfare technologies, missile development, defense strategies, integrated master schedules (IMS), systems and manufacturing engineering, among other areas that are pertinent to his field. His proficiency has been acknowledged through multiple promotions at Northrop Grumman since joining the company in February 2024, and he looks forward to continued success.

Attributing his achievements to his faith and the support of influential figures, such as his uncle, wife and several close friends, hard work remains central to Mr. Pierce’s philosophy. Looking ahead, he aims to expand his focus on real estate investment with aspirations of achieving greater financial independence outside traditional employment structures. He seeks to be remembered for values rooted in grace, understanding and compassion rather than financial success alone. He emphasizes discipline as key to achievement, but believes true legacy lies in extending mercy and support regardless of circumstance.
