Mr. Rodriguez, a leader in hospitality, is the area director and complex director of banquets at Loews Hotels & Company, a premier luxury hospitality company that owns over 25 hotels in the U.S. and Canada. In his leading role, he manages the daily operations of four of its hotels, soon to be five, at Universal Orlando. His expertise in managing small and large-scale affairs has been instrumental in his success. In addition to his roles at Loews, Mr. Rodriguez has been affiliated with Betsy’s Pride LLC since 2023, an organization he founded to provide a service that resonates with individuals across various industries and offers the opportunity to connect with successful individuals who have persevered through difficult circumstances.
Having completed extensive college coursework in criminal justice and corrections, Mr. Rodriguez began his education at Tiffin University in Tiffin, Ohio. Subsequently, he attended his local police academy, where he pursued law enforcement, graduating in 1997. This background stems from his service in the U.S. Navy, having honorably served his country from 1992 to 1994. Pivoting, Mr. Rodriguez garnered food safety manager certification to pursue his passion for hospitality.
In light of his ongoing success and hard work, Mr. Rodriguez was recognized by Loews Hotels & Company numerous times as its Manager of the Quarter. He attributes his success to the quality of his education and the inspiration he gained from his mother, who made significant sacrifices so he could attend school. Besides his work-related ventures, Mr. Rodriguez actively engages in initiatives that support domestic violence and the LGBTQA+ community. His goal is to help the next generation, especially single mothers, as they strive to succeed in life. Moreover, Mr. Rodriguez hopes to establish a business for each of his children so they can continue the legacy of what his mother had aspired for them to do.
