Dr. Dodenhoff, director of business operations at Velocity Investing Group LLC, which owns Blue Mint Thai & Asian Cuisine in Mansfield, Texas, has been leading the organization in her role since 2024. Dedicating her time to marketing efforts and hiring and firing processes, her diverse role also encompasses working closely with general contractors and managing construction projects, participating in investment meetings and engaging in efforts to raise capital for the business. Leveraging her extensive business sales and marketing operational leadership expertise, Dr. Dodenhoff was recruited from Mouser Electronics, where she excelled as a customer development representative, buyer program manager and corporate account manager.
Beginning her career journey in the military, Dr. Dodenhoff became an active duty security forces member in the U.S. Air Force in 2011. From 2017 to 2020, she became a security forces technical school instructor. She also worked for the U.S. Census Bureau as an area census office manager in 2019 and as a regional technician between 2019 and 2020. Dr. Dodenhoff continues to engage in military work as a part-time unit training manager for the Air Force Reserves, U.S. Air Force, since 2020.
Highly educated, Dr. Dodenhoff holds two associate degrees, a bachelor’s degree in human resources development from Southwestern College, followed by a Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of Business Administration from Northwood University. She also received several professional credentials from LinkedIn, making her highly qualified, including Lean Six Sigma: Define and Measure Tools and Six Sigma Foundations. Dr. Dodenhoff remains active in her community as a member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce’s women’s board and veterans board and with the Mansfield Toys for Tots Drive. Eager for future success, she has been decorated with several medals from the military, received the Pitsenbarger Award and was nominated among the Mansfield 40 Under 40 for 2025.
