Prior to his current role, Mr. DeLoach worked as a senior engagement manager at Deloitte Digital from 2019 to 2020. In this capacity, he honed his skills in client engagement and service delivery. Previously, he was active as the director of service delivery at Pilgrim Consulting Inc from 2018 to 2019, where he was instrumental in optimizing service operations. Mr. DeLoah’s tenure as a senior manager of clinical applications development at DaVita Kidney Care from 2016 to 2018 further solidified his reputation in his field.
Mr. DeLoach’s career was greatly informed in his military service with the U.S. Air Force between 1992 and 2013. He initially enlisted as an acquisitions officer and human factors and system safety engineer before transitioning to flight school. Over the years, he held various ranks including C-130H evaluator navigator and chief of tactics. Mr. DeLoach’s exemplary service garnered him the USAF Distinguished Flying Cross in 2002. He retired from the U.S. military after serving as deputy of the Force Integration Division at the Pentagon.
Before embarking upon his professional path, Mr. DeLoach initially purused an education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from which he earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering science and mechanics in biomedical in 1992. He ultimately concluded his academic efforts at Air University at Maxwell Air Force Base, graduating with a master’s degree in military operational art and science with a concentration in logistics in 2005. These notable achievements have been pivotal in shaping his career trajectory.
Mr. DeLoach holds several certifications that underscore his commitment to professional development. These include the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile Inc., Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Lean Sigma Corporation, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
In addition to his primary endeavors, Mr. DeLoach is actively involved in civic activities. He has served on the veteran advisory panel for the “Bill Lee For Governor” campaign. Moreover, he volunteers with organizations such as Nolensville Food Pantry and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville. His dedication to community service is complemented by his administrative roles with Young Life and Pitch Music.
In his spare time, Mr. DeLoach enjoys dedicating his attention and resources with his three children and granddaughter. He also finds satisfaction in watching live music, hiking around Nashville, fishing, and sports. Looking toward the future, he aims to secure a director position at Iron Bow Technologies while pursuing a career as an actor and model. Additionally, he is focused on ensuring the sustainability of his nonprofit program.
Throughout his life, Mr. DeLoach attributes much of his success to his faith and family influences. His father’s service during the Korean War and his uncle’s decorated military career have been significant inspirations for him. Above all, he credits his mother as a key figure in his achievements.
