Particularly proud of his work helping leaders overcome significant obstacles and enact meaningful change within their organizations, one of Mr. Chapman’s notable examples included guiding a 25-year-old company with approximately 300 employees through the process of building its first formal leadership team, clarifying its purpose and values, developing strategic direction and addressing internal dysfunction over 18 months. He also values his collaborations with major corporations, such as Walmart and Allstate Insurance Company, where his efforts have driven substantial organizational impact.
Before his current role, Mr. Chapman was a master facilitator for Working Genius at The Table Group Inc. from 2022 to 2023. In this position, he helped teams identify strengths and improve collaboration using the Working Genius model.
Mr. Chapman worked for Allstate Insurance Company between 2020 and 2023 as a lead organizational effectiveness consultant. There, he focused on enhancing organizational performance by implementing strategies that fostered effective leadership and improved workplace culture. Between 2018 and 2020, Mr. Chapman served as a senior manager of talent architecture at Walmart, where he played a key role in designing talent management frameworks that supported employee growth and organizational success. His tenure at Walmart began in 2016 as a manager of talent architecture before being promoted to senior manager.
Mr. Chapman’s professional journey began as a business owner and insurance agent with American National Insurance Company from 2014 to 2016. In this entrepreneurial role, he managed client relationships and provided tailored insurance solutions.
Highly educated, Mr. Chapman earned a Bachelor of Arts in biblical studies from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, in 2011, followed by a Master of Arts in intercultural, multicultural and diversity studies at Gateway Seminary in 2014. Returning to college years later, Mr. Chapman acquired an Executive Master of Business Administration in organizational leadership from Quantic in 2023, equipping him with advanced skills in strategic management and executive decision-making.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Chapman has demonstrated a strong commitment to civic engagement and service. He has served as a foster parent through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. He has also been involved with Children of Arkansas Loved For A Lifetime, Family Legacy and One Acre Fund, organizations dedicated to supporting children and families globally. Furthermore, Mr. Chapman has provided pro bono consulting in his area of expertise to those who cannot afford services.
