These dual accreditations reflect his commitment to elevating standards and challenging conventional limits of home-based care. Notably, Mr. Dalton has architected proprietary service lines, such as Memory Care Angels, an advanced specialty training model recognized with regional honors for excellence in employee training. Under his direction, the organization also established a licensed tuition-free personal care aide training school to expand workforce access and strengthen talent pipelines.
As the company’s chief compliance officer, Mr. Dalton has managed organizational risk, regulatory compliance and quality assurance initiatives, ensuring that Angels on Call Homecare consistently meets or exceeds industry standards. He has led operational system design aimed at transforming care delivery models and contributed to thought leadership initiatives that have elevated the organization’s visibility both regionally and nationally. Mr. Dalton’s academic background includes an associate degree in business administration from Westchester Community College in Valhalla, New York. His commitment to professional development is reflected in several certifications, such as certified dementia care partner and certified dementia engagement specialist through Inspired Memory Care, certified Parkinson’s disease care advocate from PMD Alliance, and Montessori dementia capable certification from Loyola University Maryland.
Active in his professional sphere, Mr. Dalton has served as the vice president of the Hudson Valley board of the New York State Association of Health Care Providers, following two years as a member at large. As a site champion for the Parkinson’s Foundation Community Partners in Parkinson’s Care program, he acts as a liaison responsible for training and advocacy while attending key events, such as the annual Parkinson’s Symposium in New York.
Civically engaged, Mr. Dalton participates in charitable efforts related to Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, aging services and caregiver support. He is an organizer for corporate fundraising teams supporting annual Alzheimer’s Walks in the Hudson Valley and a contributor to educational outreach initiatives designed to improve understanding of neurological conditions within communities.
