Among a myriad of responsibilities in his leading role, Mr. Barodawala is tasked with scaling product-centric operating models, managing mission-critical enterprise platforms globally and overseeing digital product portfolios, cloud and data ecosystems and artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled solutions. He also provides strategic counsel to C-suite executives on digital strategy, technology investment, value realization, governance, operating model transformation and talent development. Mr. Barodawala’s leadership is marked by a commitment to operational excellence and the advancement of enterprise architecture.

Celebrating 10 straight years at The Coca-Cola Company in August 2016, Mr. Barodawala previously served as an interim vice president of emerging technology and co-lead of Create Real Magic from 2024 to 2025. During this period, he was instrumental in piloting innovative initiatives that bridged creative strategy with advanced technology applications. As the co-lead of the Create Real Magic AI campaign, Mr. Barodawala was instrumental in what would become one of the most successful campaigns in over 135 years by deploying generative and multimodal AI to drive consumer engagement.

Between 2022 and 2025, Mr. Barodawala served as the vice president of strategy and operations at The Coca-Cola Company. Earlier, he excelled as the senior director of revenue growth management between 2021 and 2022. Mr. Barodawala also served as a senior director of application engineering, AI and process automation from 2018 to 2021, following his initial role as the director of business insights and analytics between 2016 and 2018.

Mr. Barodawala first worked at The Coca-Cola Company from 2009 to 2012 as a solutions architect. Throughout his tenure at the food and beverage company, his most significant accomplishments included leading initiatives that directly impacted both top-line and bottom-line performance through commercial technology advancements and revenue optimization strategies. Mr. Barodawala is particularly proud of these contributions, which resulted in measurable enterprise value for the organization.

Taking a brief hiatus from the organization between 2012 and 2016, Mr. Barodawala worked for EY in Atlanta as a senior manager of data analytics. During his tenure at one of the Big Four consulting firms, he played a pivotal role in a transformative program aimed at modernizing assurance practices, specifically financial audits, by leveraging technology to audit every line item rather than relying on traditional sampling methods. Mr. Barodawala was central to the analytics component of this initiative, which significantly enhanced audit quality and assurance standards across the firm.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Barodawala held several other solutions architect roles for companies like Skylight Financial Group in Atlanta, Agilex Technology Consultants in Atlanta and Kimberly-Clark in Roswell, Georgia, dating back to 2001. In each position, he demonstrated technical acumen in designing robust system architectures that supported organizational objectives.

Mr. Barodawala’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in economics and business from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa, earned in 1996. The college’s distinctive one-course-at-a-time methodology fostered a focused approach to learning that has underpinned his ability to integrate business acumen with technological expertise throughout his career. Additionally, Mr. Barodawala holds TOGAF 9.1 Level 1 and Level 2 certified enterprise architect credentials, further validating his proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks essential for leading complex digital transformations.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Mr. Barodawala is deeply engaged in civic activities throughout metropolitan Atlanta. He supports refugee resettlement programs, donates to local food banks and advocates for families in transition as well as humanitarian initiatives focused on food security for vulnerable communities. His involvement with food banks and orphanage support underscores a dedication to addressing critical needs within society while fostering inclusive growth beyond the workplace. Furthermore, Mr. Barodawala is a member of the Atlanta National Golf Club, reflecting his competitive and athletic side.
