Mr. Surat-Jones has served as a quality program manager at PrizePicks, a leading company in the daily fantasy sports industry, since January 2026. In this capacity, he has built the quality department from the ground up, leading through ambiguity and complex challenges while developing robust programs to review hundreds of thousands of member support conversations monthly. His responsibilities include collecting and analyzing customer support data, interpreting metrics to improve member experience and compliance, and collaborating with the voice of the customer and product teams to align support operations with organizational goals. Mr. Surat-Jones has quickly become known for his resilience in tackling complex initiatives and serving as a voice of reason in leadership discussions.

Promoted to his position, Mr. Surat-Jones formerly served as the company’s supervisor from 2023 to 2026 after initially joining the company as a member support representative in 2023. His transition to PrizePicks was driven by a passion for sports and a desire to work in an environment where he could engage with a wide range of sports topics while contributing meaningfully to the member experience.

Pivoting into the spectator sports sector, Mr. Surat-Jones spent several previous years at GEICO. He began his tenure there as a participant in GEICO’s leadership development program from 2019 to 2020, which provided him with foundational supervisory skills and exposed him to the complexities of managing diverse teams. Upon completion of the program in March 2020, Mr. Surat-Jones played an instrumental role in helping GEICO transition its workforce to remote operations during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. He subsequently held supervisory positions within GEICO’s centralized services departments, first as a salvage supervisor between 2020 and 2021 and then as a mobile emergency roadside unit supervisor until 2023. In these roles, Mr. Surat-Jones adapted his leadership style to coach high-performing teams through significant operational changes.

Mr. Surat-Jones holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in management from Valdosta State University, completed in 2018. During his studies, he worked as a student assistant on campus from 2015 to 2018. Mr. Surat-Jones’s academic background provided a strong foundation for his early leadership experiences on campus, having notably served as a founding member of the Fire Pit Student Organization, as the president of the Delta Chi Fraternity Inc.’s Valdosta chapter, and through his participation in Enactus. Furthermore, he served as a university ambassador at Valdosta State University, participated in integrated marketing and spirit committees, and contributed to President Carvajal’s investiture committee.

In addition to his formal education, Mr. Surat-Jones’s professional development is further supported by certifications in mental health first aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and DiSC assessment from Everything DiSC – A Wiley Brand. Both obtained in 2025, these credentials have enhanced his ability to foster supportive environments and communicate effectively across teams.

Outside of his work-related endeavors, Mr. Surat-Jones has consistently pursued civic engagement throughout his life. He organized charity softball tournaments benefiting The V Foundation for Cancer Research in 2021 and 2022 and has volunteered with Goodwill and local parks in Atlanta, Georgia, to support community-wide initiatives.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Surat-Jones has distinguished himself through a commitment to servant leadership. He is recognized for prioritizing team well-being in high-pressure environments and fostering trust among colleagues by working alongside them. This approach earned him consecutive Member Operations Support Leader of the Year awards at PrizePicks in 2024 and 2025, a testament to his impact and dedication, as well as recognition as the CS Leader of the Year in 2024 and as the Leader of the Year in 2025. While in college, Mr. Surat-Jones was recognized with a Future Alumni Leader Award from Valdosta State University in 2018.

Mr. Surat-Jones credits much of his success to his family’s unwavering support, especially as the eldest sibling, and the guidance of mentors. He is also deeply appreciative of friends and colleagues who have encouraged him through challenges. Looking ahead, Mr. Surat-Jones envisions himself advancing into director or vice president roles where he can champion positive change within organizations by mentoring others and driving departmental success through servant leadership principles. He encourages those entering the industry to value community as an essential source of strength on their own journeys.
