Gregory M. Weaver, Human Resources Director at Container Manufacturing Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements and leadership in Human Resources Management.

Mr. Weaver’s career is distinguished by his expertise in building comprehensive human resources departments from the ground up across multiple industries. In 2026, he joined Container Manufacturing Inc. as a human resources director, marking a pivotal moment for the company as it established its first formal human resources department. Tasked with creating all foundational aspects of the department, Mr. Weaver assumed responsibility for payroll, benefits administration, open enrollment, negotiations, employee relations and training. He also developed employee handbooks and implemented policies and procedures that addressed job profiles and compliance requirements. Under his leadership, the company transitioned from a basic payroll system to Paycorp and introduced structured practices for breaks and employee needs. Upon initial review by the Department of Labor at Container Manufacturing Inc., no issues were noted, a testament to his meticulous approach.

Among Mr. Weaver’s most notable achievements is the successful establishment of robust human resources departments at each organization he has served. From 2015 to 2026, he excelled as the human resources director at AeroDynamic Airlines. When he began his tenure, AeroDynamic relied on outsourced human resources services and lacked an internal department. Mr. Weaver was instrumental in transforming this landscape by designing policy procedures, drafting employee handbooks and developing job profiles tailored to the airline industry. He also managed recruiting, payroll and benefits while overseeing employee relations and training programs. Additionally, Mr. Weaver fulfilled government responsibilities as the Federal Aviation Administration’s drug and alcohol designated employee representative for the airline. His work ensured regulatory compliance and contributed to operational excellence until AeroDynamic ceased operations when Delta Air Lines brought its express routes in-house.

Before his role at AeroDynamic Airlines, Mr. Weaver spent over a decade as a human resources director at Dealership Detail, beginning in 2003. There, he improved recruiting processes, managed payroll systems and fostered positive employee relations while upholding safety standards within the manufacturing environment. Each position reinforced Mr. Weaver’s understanding that while every company approaches human resources uniquely, the core principles guiding the profession remain steadfast worldwide.

Mr. Weaver earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from the Southern Institute of Technology in his hometown of Marietta, Georgia. This academic background provided him with analytical skills and organizational knowledge essential for navigating complex workplace environments and supporting business growth throughout his career. In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Weaver has achieved professional recognition through certifications, such as professional in human resources and certified locomotive engineer, which broadened his expertise both within traditional corporate settings and specialized operational contexts.

Mr. Weaver’s professional development is further supported by active memberships in the Society of Human Resources Management-Atlanta and the Cobb-Cherokee Employer Human Resource Committee. These affiliations have enabled him to stay informed about evolving trends in employment law and best practices within the field. Mr. Weaver credits much of his success to guidance from these organizations as well as support from his brothers.

Beyond his primary career achievements, Mr. Weaver has demonstrated long-standing civic engagement as a diaconal lay leader at Peachtree Road United Methodist since 1990. His commitment to service extends into creative pursuits as well. He appeared as an actor in several Hallmark Christmas movies and played a role in Fried Green Tomatoes in 1993. Mr. Weaver has also maintained strong ties to his community of Marietta throughout his life. Since 1984, he has volunteered every Saturday driving a tourist train between Blue Ridge, Georgia, and Copperhill, Tennessee, a passion sparked by his uncle’s interest in model trains and further fueled by early experiences driving school buses during college.

The foundation of Mr. Weaver’s career was laid during the Atlanta Olympics in 1996 when Billy Payne of the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games recognized his leadership abilities through church involvement. Invited to manage recruiting and employee relations at the airport accreditation center, Mr. Weaver accepted this formative challenge. His performance earned him a Gold Medal from the International Olympic Committee for ensuring smooth operations.

Mr. Weaver’s journey reflects a commitment to excellence shaped by decades of hands-on experience, continuous learning through professional associations, and a dedication to both personal growth and community service. Looking ahead, he aims to bring Container Manufacturing Inc. into full compliance with industry regulations while supporting the organization’s expansion into new markets nationwide.
