In addition to his primary responsibilities, Mr. Navin had been active as a support group leader for Cushing’s Support and Research Foundation as well as a middle school social studies and special education teacher for a number of years.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Navin pursued an education at Westfield State University, having initially earned a Bachelor of Science in city/urban, community and regional planning in 1990. He continued his academic efforts at the aforementioned university with a teaching certificate in social studies education in 1998 and a Master of Education in secondary education and teaching in 2001. He concluded his studies at American InterContinental University, from which he graduated with a Master of Business Administration in human resources management and personnel administration in 2005. Looking toward the future, Mr. Navin hopes to obtained his certification from the American Institute of Baking at Kansas State University.
