Mr. Solano laid an educational foundation, earning a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Tecnológico de Costa Rica in 2000, along with multiple IBM certifications in service management, asset management, and smarter cities solutions. His expertise is further demonstrated through his authorship of numerous articles and contributions to high-profile projects, including enterprise asset management for the Panama Canal and Maximo implementations for United Airlines. Recognized as a thought leader, he has also written extensively for publications such as El Financiero and IT Now on topics including digital transformation, Internet of Things adoption, and data science. His works have been featured in major projects for organizations like IBM and Baker Hughes.
