During his tenure with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Mr. Abrahamian also served as a litigation administrative specialist (paralegal IV) from 2021 to 2022 after serving as a paralegal specialist between 2019 and 2021 and supervisory paralegal in a contract position between 2015 and 2019.

Among numerous responsibilities, Mr. Abrahamian oversees over 30 paralegals across two divisions, troubleshoots presentation-related challenges, provides strategic guidance, and more. Before his tenure with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, he spent 10 years with a division of Berkshire Hathaway handling toxic tort defense, primarily as a litigation paralegal at Aiwasian & Associates in Los Angeles between 2005 and 2015. Earlier in his career, Mr. Abrahamian was the president and managing paralegal at Abrahamian & Associates Paralegals in Northridge, California, a paralegal firm, from 1991 to 2005.

A graduate of Abraham Lincoln University, Mr. Abrahamian received a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2008. He also completed the Los Angeles Police Department Central Community Police Academy program. Besides his professional accomplishments, he has been active in his community by supporting various causes, including organizing an annual golf tournament for the Armenian Cultural and Athletics Foundation. Throughout his illustrious legal career, Mr. Abrahamian has been recognized for handling numerous significant cases, including government cases that received extensive press coverage. Additionally, he was a two-time recipient of a Certificate of Appreciation from the FBI, an Inspector General’s Award from the U.S. Small Business Administration, and an award from the IRS’s criminal investigation division. Mr. Abrahamian’s upbringing in a British boarding school, which emphasized discipline and self-reliance, combined with the values instilled by his parents, significantly shaped his approach to work and has been critical to his career success.
