Mr. Woodruff is a seasoned training and development professional who subsequently garnered success in safety and training management for several companies. Today, he is the founder and principal trainer at Knowmadix Consulting. Since 2024, he has been at the helm of his Ohio-based consulting firm, focusing on helping clients in training and development, change management and compliance training. In addition to providing comprehensive solutions in these three areas, Mr. Woodruff offers compliance training programs, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, forklift operation, mobile elevating work platforms, fall protection, and overhead crane safety while ensuring adherence to regulations and enhancing workplace safety.
Beginning his career with Clopay Building Products in Troy, Ohio, Mr. Woodruff served as a customer experience specialist from 2012 to 2016 before accepting an opportunity to work as a training supervisor until 2022. Hired by Angstrom Automotive Group LLC in Englewood, Ohio, as a training supervisor, he remained in position until 2023, when he was promoted to supervisor of EH&S and employee development. The experiences Mr. Woodruff gained during these roles tremendously affected his ability to lead his consulting firm and help others.
A graduate of Western Governors University, Mr. Woodruff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management. He is also ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems certified through BSI and a certified change practitioner through Prosci. Besides his formal education, he has gained skills and knowledge through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the American National Standards Institute. Attributing his success to his upbringing, Mr. Woodruff recognizes that nothing worthwhile is ever handed to you. Instead, he has maintained a determined attitude complemented by time, experience and hard work. In the coming years, he intends to establish a strong customer base to maintain a work-life balance that caters to family time while continuing his professional growth. He also wants to focus on helping his clients create safe, efficient work environments.
