Her diverse professional history includes expertise in both public and private sector organizations. Currently, Ms. Morse serves as a business consultant with Agilify, where she aids organizations in enhancing productivity and streamlining operations. She collaborates directly with leadership teams to implement considered solutions to complex challenges while ensuring that long-term business goals are prioritized.
Ms. Morse’s extensive career includes two years as the manager of enterprise process management at Lands’ End, two years as senior process engineer in strategy and business development for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, and five years as senior industrial and manufacturing engineer for Pellerin Milnor Corporation. From 2012 to 2013, she held the position of industrial and manufacturing engineer for John Deere. During this tenure, Ms. Morse founded the company’s Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day in collaboration with the Society of Women Engineers, highlighting her commitment to supporting women in her field.
Earlier in her professional life, Ms. Morse gained experience as an administrative services coordinator for the 21st Judicial District Attorney’s Office. From 2008 to 2011, she served as a project manager and supervisor for various construction jobs. While attending Randolph-Macon College, Ms. Morse contributed as a student coordinator, tour guide, recruiter, concrete strength analysis researcher, and physics and mathematics tutor. Her earliest career included time as a maintenance and reliability engineer at DuPont, a manager of guest relations and enhancing customer experiences at Walt Disney World, director of business transformation and continuous improvement at Pan-American Life Insurance, and project manager at Ronald Morse Construction.
Before venturing onto her vocational path, Ms. Morse sought a strong academic foundation. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in physics and mathematics from Randolph-Macon College. Subsequently, Ms. Morse earned a Master of Science in industrial engineering from Louisiana State University. She has further solidified her credentials with a number of certifications. Ms. Morse has been certified as a Lean Six Sigma green belt from Louisiana State University, as a Lean Six Sigma black belt from the Council for Six Sigma Certification, in project management essentials from the Management and Strategy Institute, and as a change management professional from Prosci. While working with John Deere, she completed several training programs, including as a project management professional, as an industrial engineering expert, and in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
In commemoration of her accomplishments, Ms. Morse has received a number of accolades. She won first place in the A Day in the Life of an Engineer Competition from the Society of Women Engineers. Ms. Morse was given multiple scholarships, including a Sigma Pi Sigma scholarship through the American Institute of Physics, a Society of Women Engineers Greater New Orleans Scholarship from McDermott-Conoco Phillips, and a Stephen H. Watts Scholarship from Randolph-Macon College. She was also presented with a Distinguished Service Award from Randolph-Macon College and was named a State Scholar by the Society of Physics Students and the Society of Women Engineers.
Beyond her career, Ms. Morse is a loving wife and mother. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially on the water, as well as taking on hands-on projects such as painting and gardening. In planning for the future, Ms. Morse intends to continue making a meaningful impact in multiple companies across industries through her work with Agilify. She hopes to bring about transformative changes in organizations by fostering cultures that support resilience and continued growth.
