She gained experience as the director of medical staff services at Conroe Regional Medical Center and lead faculty at the University of Phoenix’s College of Natural Sciences. Ms. Gray established herself early in her professional life across more than five years as director of medical staff services at St. Francis Hospital. Her career started in 2004 as a residency coordinator for general and orthopedic surgery at Michigan State University’s Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies.

Ms. Gray’s performance in the health care world was born of her academic journey. She earned a master’s degree in business and health care management from the University of Phoenix in 2007. She has completed PhD candidacy at Louisiana Baptist University and is working toward finishing her dissertation. Additionally, Ms. Gray has pursued many certifications to back up her education. Outside of her professional life, Ms. Gray is a dedicated mother to three children. In her free time, she enjoys painting, fostering animals, and volunteering with local food banks, veterinarians, and organizations such as Habitat for Humanity.
