During this time, she spearheaded the development and operational launch of a groundbreaking program for adults with schizophrenia, overseeing everything from marketing to copay strategy. This achievement was a testament to Ms. Lewis-Latin’s ability to lead complex projects with precision and foresight.

Ms. Lewis-Latin’s earlier career was shaped by her roles at AmerisourceBergen, where she held various positions from 2010 to 2018. She began as a benefits specialist and progressed through roles such as reimbursement specialist, case manager, interim team coordinator, quality analyst, team coordinator, program manager for the Professional Accelerated Career Entry (PACE) Program, and senior program manager. Ms. Lewis-Latin’s time at AmerisourceBergen was instrumental in developing her call center operations and hub strategy skills.

Becoming highly educated to support her career, Ms. Lewis-Latin’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Subsequently, she received a Master of Business Administration from Jack Welch Management Institute in 2018 and a master’s degree in program and product management from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University in 2021. Additionally, Ms. Lewis-Latin has earned several professional credentials, such as a graduate certificate in global supply chain management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a notary public commission from the Secretary of State.
