She began as a benefits specialist and progressed through roles such as reimbursement specialist, case manager, interim team coordinator, quality analyst, team coordinator, program manager for the Professional Accelerated Career Entry (PACE) Program, and senior program manager. Ms. Lewis-Latin’s time at AmerisourceBergen was instrumental in developing her call center operations and hub strategy skills.
Becoming highly educated to support her career, Ms. Lewis-Latin’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
