Before being acquired by Continuum Company, Ms. Eichner served as the president of The Manhattan Club, New York City’s first urban timeshare and the most significant urban timeshare development globally. Her leadership was instrumental in establishing the club’s reputation and success. Additionally, Ms. Eichner held the position of chief creative officer for The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, where she was responsible for overseeing the creative direction and branding of the resort.
Ms. Eichner’s career in the industry also included significant contributions to The Continuum on South Beach, where she was involved in branding, marketing and design efforts. She managed the commercial leasing program for Cityspire’s offices and was responsible for leasing at One Broadway Place and The Royale. Ms. Eichner’s expertise in real estate product design and development has made her a critical part of the team that shapes each Continuum development.
Before venturing into the real estate field, Ms. Eichner led a consulting practice specializing in creative problem solving and strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Her role encompassed working with financial institutions and small business owners to strategize their goals. Additionally, Ms. Eichner spent over 15 years as an executive at Chase Manhattan Bank.
Ms. Eichner’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Simmons University and a master’s degree in industrial psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University. Her education has provided her with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and organizational dynamics, which has been instrumental in her ability to collaborate effectively and maintain a visionary mindset throughout her career.
