Under her leadership, Globe-Sec has expanded its advisory division and is currently collaborating with Comcast and Nitel to develop AI-ready and quantum-ready data centers with a focus on sustainability.

Ms. Raiford previously found success in significant roles at Unisys, where she worked as deputy chief information security officer and head business infrastructure security officer between 2022 and 2024. In this capacity, she was responsible for bridging the gap between security and business operations. Her tenure at Unisys also saw her engaging with the White House as a point of contact for the President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC), contributing to drafting recommendations for national security. In the years prior, Ms. Raiford held various executive positions at Unisys from 2018 to 2024, including global client information security and privacy officer.

Ms. Raiford formerly served as global chief security officer at SpacePointe Inc. from 2015 to 2019. During this time, she was likewise appointed to executive consulting roles at Kellogg Company and ITPeopleNetwork between 2016 and 2018. Ms. Raiford’s expertise in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, strategy, and risk management has been recognized through numerous accolades, including being honored among the Power 100 in the telecommunications industry by ITW Capacity Media.

To support her professional ambitions, Ms. Raiford initially pursued an education at Eastern Michigan University, from which she earned a Bachelor of Science in business with a focus on global management, marketing, and information systems in 1995. She further built the foundation of her expertise through certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Caterpillar Inc. in 2004, and (ISC)2 Security CISSP from ISC2. Moreover, she completed the EY Executive Program in 2024, additionally cementing her wealth of knowledge in her field. Ms. Raiford’s commitment to lifelong learning and excellence has been a cornerstone of her success.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Raiford remains involved in civic organizations. She has been active as a global ambassador for the Global Council for Responsible AI and a member of the advisory boards for Cyberswitch Technologies MBE Risk Assessments | Stealth Networks | SOCaaS | MDR and 1Ciso. Her contributions to national security have been notably showcased through her involvement with NSTAC subcommittees.

Ms. Raiford’s personal endeavors is enriched by her two loving daughters, one of whom is a junior at Louisiana State University while the other is a renowned collegiate volleyball player who has competed overseas. She enjoys music, traveling, and dedicating time to her family. Looking toward the future, Ms. Raiford aims to make significant contributions to next-generation data centers and critical infrastructure within cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
