Born in Taiwan, she speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese, increasing her capability to aid foreign clients, such as students attending the University of California, Santa Barbara. She was initially exposed to the real estate business through her father, who dedicated 60 years to real estate development in Taiwan.
Ms. Lee’s performance in the field has been bolstered by her academic journey. After immigrating to the United States in 1980, she earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1990. Ms. Lee is committed to supporting education for others as well. She serves as a board member and regularly takes part in fundraising activities for the Santa Barbara Chinese School, offering young students new opportunities while paying respect to her family history.
To remain aware of developments affecting her field, Ms. Lee has maintained her professional affiliation with a number of pertinent organizations. Most notably, she is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, a key organization that supports hundreds of thousands of real estate professionals.

She hopes to further share her culture and heritage through her work with the Santa Barbara Chinese School and envisions becoming the most well-known and well-regarded Chinese-speaking realtor in the Santa Barbara area.
