With a career history in the field dating back to 2012, Ms. Hercules Hubbard has held various progressive positions that have positively impacted her success today. She started as a human resources assistant at Appspace Inc. in 2013, followed by her roles as a human resources coordinator for SuperiorHR from 2014 to 2015 and for Statewide Remodeling between 2015 to 2016. Subsequently, Ms. Hercules Hubbard joined Lockton Companies in 2016 as an associate account executive for benefits, while simultaneously consulting for TechWise IT from 2016 to 2021. BayMark Health Services then recruited her as a human resources generalist in 2017, where she managed day-to-day human resources operations and supported staff development. From there, she became a human resources business partner at Lori’s Gifts Inc. in 2018 before consulting for HumCap Experts in People in 2019.
Ms. Hercules Hubbard’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas, in 2011. This educational background has been instrumental in shaping her understanding of workplace dynamics and enhancing her ability to foster positive employee relations.
