During this period, he also worked as human resource manager at 4XH Logistics, where he was responsible for overseeing personnel matters and supporting operational efficiency.

In 2019, Mr. Valadez contributed to Prime Universal Group, LLC as a quality assurance document procurement specialist and CRC. He previously held multiple positions at the same company, including quality assurance home inspector, permanent roof harding inspector, human resources inspector and operational manager. This experience allowed him to refine his skills in compliance, inspection and operational oversight.

From 2017 to 2018, Mr. Valadez was active as an executive account manager at Accutek Technologies, Inc., where he managed key accounts and fostered client relationships in the technology sector. Between 2008 and 2018, he demonstrated his entrepreneurial acumen as president and chief executive officer of Valadez Enterprises LLC, a technology solutions company he founded. Despite facing significant challenges—including a failed merger in 2015 that resulted in Chapter 7 bankruptcy—he adapted and continued to build his professional reputation.

Mr. Valadez’s leadership experience also includes his time at Inflatable Wonderland as director of franchise operations from 2007 to 2008 and as general manager from 2005 to 2007. In these roles, he oversaw daily operations and strategic planning for the organization.

A pivotal chapter in his career began in 1992 when Mr. Valadez joined NetVersant as national senior project manager, a position he held until 2005. His tenure coincided with transformative advancements in cellular service and technology. He played an integral role on the national team that secured major accounts and contributed significantly to landmark projects. 

Notably, Mr. Valadez was part of the rollout team for a collaboration between IBM and Home Depot, where he helped implement the original Home Depot upgrade and the first self-checkout registers in Atlanta. He also worked on a high-profile Super Bowl project that involved establishing a partnership with Sprint to install a DOS system addressing cell service challenges during large-scale events—a critical innovation as venues began recognizing the limitations of existing cellular infrastructure during major gatherings.

Additionally, Mr. Valadez was recruited as a board member for CEC Enterprises LLC, further demonstrating his commitment to organizational leadership. Beyond his professional achievements, he is civically engaged through long-standing involvement with Meals on Wheels America since 2005, delivering meals and supporting community well-being. 

Throughout his career, Mr. Valadez has developed recognized expertise in fiber optics, data cabling, audio-visual systems, fire alarms, access control systems, video management systems and intrusion detection. This breadth of technical proficiency is a testament to his dedication to mastering evolving technologies within his field.

Mr. Valadez’s educational background includes undergraduate coursework at Houston City College in Houston Texas. He has also earned the Occupational Safety and Health Administration thirty-hour construction training certification through 360training—an achievement that underscores his commitment to safety standards within construction environments.
