Mr. Bhatt’s career previously included serving as a senior solution architect and senior project director at ICCG Inc. from 2024 to 2025, where he directed large-scale ERP implementations across diverse industries. Earlier, he was a senior implementation consultant and senior project manager at The Judge Group Inc. between 2023 and 2024, a senior management consultant and ERP advisor at Englert Inc. from 2020 to 2022, and a senior management consultant and program manager at NEC Energy Solutions (now LG Energy Solution) in 2019.
From 2014 to 2018, Mr. Bhatt served as the vice president of project management at Aspire Pharma. During this period, he played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence by deploying innovative ERP strategies tailored to the pharmaceutical industry. In 2014, Mr. Bhatt worked as a supply chain consultant for P&R Fasteners Inc., focusing on streamlining supply chain operations through technology-driven solutions.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Bhatt excelled as the director of enterprise solutions and project management at Eppendorf SE from 2008 to 2013. In this post, he managed global business operations using SAP across five continents for a world-class medical device company based in Germany, a professional milestone he regards as one of his most significant achievements. Mr. Bhatt’s leadership enabled the company to engage major North American retailers, such as Costco, Walmart and Walgreens, by developing programs that automated supply chains across store distribution centers and manufacturing facilities using Oracle ERP systems. This resulted in highly efficient fulfillment processes with minimal stock levels.
Mr. Bhatt’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in production engineering and a postgraduate diploma in operations management with a focus on operations research from the University of Mumbai. He further enhanced his credentials by completing executive education in artificial intelligence at MIT’s Sloan School of Management and an executive management program in organizational leadership at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Bhatt is an active member of several industry organizations, including the Supply Chain Institute, the American Production and Inventory Control Society, and the Association for Supply Chain Management. For over five years, he also chaired the Oracle Applications & Technology Users Group.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bhatt has received notable recognition, including Performance of the Year from Cisco Systems Inc., as well as additional certificates from previous employers acknowledging his outstanding contributions.
