Additionally, Ms. Christian holds the position of senior marketing director with World Financial Group and Transamerica Corporation. Through these partnerships with major institutions such as Transamerica and Pacific Life, she delivers nationwide financial education programs and recommends tailored solutions to clients across the country. Ms. Christian’s approach emphasizes not only product knowledge but also a deep understanding of various income types and retirement planning options beyond traditional 401(k) plans.
Ms. Christian’s entrepreneurial spirit is also evident in her founding of Ace Rehoboth Consortium (ARC) LLC in 2018, which operated under the name Financial House Advisory just prior to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. The insurance agency is based in Germantown and delivers exceptional financial services that include retirement and business strategies, long-term care, insurance protection, wills and trusts, and more.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Christian served as a project manager at ECS, an information technology system data services company based in Virginia, from 2021 to 2022, and as a Federal Information Security Modernization Act analyst at Triumph Enterprises, a consulting firm also based in Virginia, from 2019 to 2021. In these roles, she conducted cybersecurity risk assessments, an expertise supported by several advanced certifications, and contributed to organizational compliance efforts. From 2017 to 2019, Ms. Christian led assessments and authorizations teams at Adinkra Solutions Group LLC as a government contractor.
Ms. Christian’s professional foundation was built through diverse roles, such as a manager of an orthopedic practice and an administrative manager at the National Academy of Sciences. At the academy, she notably played a pivotal role in launching projects like PEPSA and coordinated logistics for global conferences supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Ms. Christian’s career began in Ghana as a trainer and business counselor for Empretec Ghana in 1992, where she delivered entrepreneurship development workshops in partnership with the United Nations’s flagship program. She also founded Office Team Link in Ghana, a recruitment agency, and organized job fairs that introduced innovative employment solutions to the region.
A graduate of the University of Maryland Global Campus in Adelphi, Maryland, Ms. Christian completed a Bachelor of Science in global business and public policy in 2014. This educational foundation has been instrumental in shaping her holistic perspective on business development, policy analysis and client advocacy. Additionally, Ms. Christian has garnered numerous credentials, including designation as a certified financial security leader from Financial Security for All (FINSECA), a national trade and professional association, as well as certification in governance, risk and compliance from ISC2, designation as a certified data privacy solutions engineer from ISACA, CompTIA Security+ CE certification and, among others, a life and health insurance license across 40 states, including Maryland.
Ms. Christian is a professional member of FINSECA, reflecting her commitment to professional standards within the industry. Meanwhile, her civic involvement reflects her dedication to service beyond her professional obligations. She volunteers with Zenith Christ Family Chapel, assisting with breakfast programs and conducting financial education sessions for congregants. Ms. Christian’s contributions extend to Optimism International, demonstrating her belief in uplifting communities through knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Born in Ghana before settling permanently in the U.S. in 2004 after years of travel between both countries, Ms. Christian attributes much of her success to resilience and persistence, qualities she instills in her daughter, who is now a nurse practitioner.
