His commitment to excellence shines through certifications as a certified quality engineer from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and EMT certification, a testament to his dedication to advancing healthcare quality.

Mr. Arrendell’s professional path commenced as a site manufacturing quality manager at Abbot Diagnostics, steadily advancing through key roles. At Wright Medical Technology, he was vice president of global quality systems from 2004 to 2009. His tenure at KCI Medical marked significant progress, transitioning from vice president of global quality from 2009 to 2017 to vice president of global quality and regulatory affairs from 2014 to 2016. Subsequently, he contributed as worldwide vice president of quality management at Becton Dickinson from 2017 to 2019, consolidating his expertise and leadership in the field.

Currently, Mr. Arrendell holds crucial positions at Jabil Healthcare, emphasizing his commitment to quality management and regulatory excellence. Since 2021, he has been the chief quality officer overseeing quality & regulatory management for Jabil Regulated Industries. Additionally, he has served as the chief quality officer at Jabil since 2022 and has held the position of worldwide vice president of quality management at Jabil Healthcare since 2019.

Beyond his career, Mr. Arrendell actively engages in civic duties and professional organizations. He contributes to the Screen Creek United Methodist Church, participates in the Rhodes Master Singers, and serves on the board of advisors for the Dean of the College of Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington. His contributions were acknowledged when asked to be a guest speaker at the College of Engineering Commencement in 2022.

Recognized as one of the top 25 healthcare leaders of San Antonio by the Health Technology Report in 2022, Mr. Arrendell maintains active membership in professional associations such as the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the American Society for Quality. Looking forward, Mr. Arrendell envisions continued involvement in board memberships for various companies, sharing valuable lessons from his career.
