Backed by 20 years of experience in her field, Dr. Choudhary currently serves as the chief executive officer of Ice Innovations Inc., a company founded in 2022 and now at the forefront of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. She provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the company while also overseeing its finances and talent development. Under Dr. Choudhary’s guidance, Ice Innovations has pursued the development of the Ice app, which combines a traditional ride-hailing and ride-sharing platform with car rental services. As a leader in the expanding world of AI, she envisions Ice Innovations as an organization pursuing social advancement and a more sustainable world through technology. Dr. Choudhary advocates for her company both publicly and privately, regularly presenting demos of Ice Innovations’ software to industry leaders.
In addition to Ice Innovations, Dr. Choudhary has held the position of chief executive officer at Aridian Technologies since 2024. In this role, she leads a tech consulting firm that builds mobile and web apps for other companies. Dr. Choudhary is also involved in confidential new endeavors related to generative AI and enterprise architecture. All of her efforts are connected by a thread of passion for ongoing learning and respect for the potential of technology to change the world.
Prior to her current roles, Dr. Choudhary served as an associate director of AI and machine learning at Ernst & Young, where she bridged the business and technical sides of the organization and helped develop an AI chatbot. Her expertise in the field was established during five years as a senior data scientist at Truist Financial Corporation (formerly known as Branch Banking and Trust Company). Dr. Choudhary’s early career includes time as a senior manager of digital management at Accenture, a program manager at Cisco, a data architect at AbbVie, and a senior consultant at Spectrum and Duke Clinical Research Institute, among others. She began her professional life as a technical consultant at Safeway Insurance in 2004.
Dr. Choudhary set the foundation for her success with a strong academic background. After completing a bachelor’s degree in her home country of Pakistan, she immigrated to the United States in 2004 and obtained a master’s degree in information technology from North Carolina State University. Dr. Choudhary followed that with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2014. Most recently, she earned a PhD in data science and business analytics from Capitol Technology University in 2024. Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dr. Choudhary has added numerous certifications to her credentials, including Azure AI engineer through Microsoft, Cloud Pak data engineer through IBM, certified analytics professional through LinkedIn, database administrator through Oracle and many more.
Noted for her achievements in the field, Dr. Choudhary has received multiple accolades. She has been featured by Forbes’ Technology Council and was named on a list of Inspiring Women Founders on LinkedIn. Dr. Choudhary has been the recipient of the Technologist of the Year Award and the Innovator Team Award in 2013. She supports the arts through her position on the advisory board for the TAB Arts Center. Dr. Choudhary attributes her success to a constructive approach where she looks at failures as opportunities for growth.
Beyond her career, Dr. Choudhary is a devoted wife and mother to two children. She enjoys flying airplanes, doing landscape oil paintings, studying history, and attending seminars on neuroscience and quantum physics. As she moves forward, Dr. Choudhary hopes to continue learning and adapting to the latest advancements in technology. She is also committed to being more environmentally conscious, having joined the Go Green campaign. Dr. Choudhary intends to make sure she’s contributing to a more sustainable future while growing into a pioneer in the areas of machine learning and cloud computing.
