In his role, he oversees the entire organization with his partners Niels Goossens and Palmer Nicklas, interacts with clients to tailor physical and technical experiences to their needs, selects advanced technology and manages projects from concept to completion, and maintains a balance between employee morale and operational efficiency to foster a collaborative and developmental work environment. Initially, the company was managed by three partners handling every aspect from sales to execution. As it grew, his role shifted to focus on project design and specification, while remaining central to operations. Now known as an “idea factory,” the company excels at transforming client concepts into exceptional projects, showcasing innovative and effective execution that consistently exceeds expectations.
Reflecting on his career path, Mr. Fradin’s journey was shaped by his deep passion for the performing arts, which ultimately led him to his current professional field. His projects are known for their bespoke and distinctive qualities, requiring a dynamic approach to problem-solving and innovation. As a result, a significant part of his role involves conducting research and development for his clients.
