Rather than pursuing a career as a programmer, he focused on managing computer systems and setting up interfaces for Lockheed and other companies. In the 1990s, he officially launched Systems Services International, which became an LLC in 2016.
Mr. Baity attributes his success to his genuine enjoyment of helping others, strong listening skills, and ability to simplify complex concepts for those he assists. He emphasizes the value of clear, committed communication in problem-solving and the mutual support that arises from helping others reach their goals. His computer support services are built on a customer-centric approach, where service takes priority over technical details, and his true fulfillment comes from enabling others to succeed in their endeavors. In the coming years, he aims to establish long-term relationships with clients spanning two decades. He envisions a future where his children will successfully manage his company or excel in their own entrepreneurial pursuits while collaborating with him. His daughter specializes in catering and is quickly advancing in the industry, making valuable contributions to the business. His son, an accomplished computer systems programmer and software developer, also plays for a prominent national church body. Additionally, he plans to be involved in government-based consulting. With his company having obtained GSA Certification status, he is exploring opportunities to provide computer systems services for government entities, such as the U.S. Army, Navy, and other agencies.
