American Micro Products Inc. specializes in the manufacturing of precision-machined components, serving a variety of high-tech industries, including aerospace, medical devices, and fluid power systems. They are known for producing high-precision connectors and components, including hermetically sealed electrical connectors for critical applications. In this role, he oversees financial operations and manages the key departments of production, quality, and engineering. Additionally, he has been on the board of directors at CybrCastle since 2020, operations officer and chief financial officer at CybrCastle from 2020 to 2022, and has actively engaged in consulting, mentoring, and serving as a health and life coach in his local community. Laying a solid educational foundation, he earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in Italy.
Reflecting on his journey, Mr. Veneziano moved to the United States from Italy in 2004. Before joining American Micro Products, he gained experience traveling the world as a machine builder for a manufacturer. His broad expertise caught the attention of American Micro Products, where he was hired as a process engineer and later advanced to the position of chief operating officer. Having come from a family of business owners, he has always been fascinated by leadership, which led to his goal of owning his own company. He attributes his success to never backing down from challenges and staying persistent. He says he has made mistakes, and learned from them and believes God created the path for him. He also credits his knowledge to work experience and the mentors who have guided him. Looking ahead, he aims to make a significant impact on his community and create an impactful legacy.
