Ms. Strong is a seasoned senior leader of global culture and purpose at Deloitte in Dallas, a role she has upheld since 2021. As such, she is responsible for supporting the company’s technology division in the United States and globally, primarily in India, Canada and the U.K. She also worked with the organization to build diversity, equity and inclusion into the technology sector, acquiring the proper talent and developing them. Among a myriad of other responsibilities, Ms. Strong ensures policies and internal communication. She also frequently collaborates with the chief information officer for the U.S. and all the chief executive officers, including in Germany and the U.K., regarding various challenges within their geographic location, understanding their needs and sharing her expertise on what can be done to remedy the issue.

Before joining Deloitte, Ms. Strong garnered success at Lockheed Martin Corporation in Dallas as a senior STEM program manager. She previously served in various other roles with the organization, dating back to 2009 when she was hired as a talent acquisition manager. She later became the director of talent acquisition, senior manager of talent sourcing and outreach, and senior manager. Ms. Strong’s career in this sector dates back to 1999, when she worked as a human resources manager for Capital One.

In preparation for her future, Ms. Strong received a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1988. She also received several professional credentials, including being a professional certified coach through the Coach Training Alliance and equal employment opportunity and affirmative action compliance training through the Center for Workplace Compliance. Adding to her expertise, Ms. Strong is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management. Civically, she engages as a workshop presenter for the Women’s Network and the local chapter of the NAACP. Her expertise in DEI, human resources, program management, and other areas of her field has been pivotal to her decades of success, and she looks forward to building her legacy through workshops and speaking engagements.
