Founding Tri-Valley Real Estate Group, a residential real estate firm in Walnut Creek, California, with her husband in 2018, she supports her team by providing guidance and direction in servicing clients, as well as the board of directors, while recruiting, developing, and managing a team of executives and employees. Ms. Bahman’s expertise as a real estate agent and broker is complemented by her skills in flipping houses, building homes and identifying property issues. Her dedication to client satisfaction is evident through her reliance on referrals rather than traditional marketing methods.
A career trajectory marked by significant milestones, Ms. Bahman began her professional journey as a sales and marketing manager at Sunlight Power Group/Solar in 2006 before moving to Global Defense and Security as an international sales and marketing manager between 2007 and 2014. Her transition into real estate was facilitated by her role as a sales and marketing manager at Intero Real Estate Services between 2010 and 2014. Ms. Bahman also spent a year as a manager of the finance and accounting recruiting division at Robert Half in 2014, before fully committing to real estate with positions at Intero and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Drysdale Properties.
Ms. Bahman’s journey began in Kabul during a tumultuous period marked by political upheaval. Her family’s escape from Afghanistan to the U.S. when she was four years old laid the foundation for her resilience and determination. Her mother, a significant influence in her life, transitioned from a life of privilege to one of hard work and perseverance in America. This background instilled in Ms. Bahman a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others.
In preparation for her future, Ms. Bahman earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and financial management services from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, in 2004 and a Master of Science in organizational Leadership from Saint Mary’s College of California in Moraga in 2017. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Science in business, management, marketing and related support services from the University of Phoenix. These educational achievements have been instrumental in Ms. Bahman’s success across various roles.
Ms. Bahman’s commitment extends beyond her primary professional endeavors through her active involvement with the Bay East Association of Realtors as a board member. Civically, she volunteers with organizations such as Fesco Banyan House, The Taylor Family Foundation, Project FEED, and initiatives supporting veterans and public service workers.
In recognition of her hard work and dedication, Ms. Bahman’s accolades include being among the Top 10% nationwide by Berkshire Hathaway and among the Top 1% on the MLS. Furthermore, in 2023, she was featured on the cover of Top Agent Magazine, underscoring her reputation for excellence.
