By May 2025, he had ascended to his current roles, overseeing operations that include managing relationships across over 1,200 locations and driving revenue growth.

A career marked by a diverse professional path, Mr. Johnson initially taught at Eureka High School from 2009 to 2013. His passion for sports and coaching inspired his initial foray into education, where he found fulfillment in mentoring students both academically and athletically. Transitioning from education to finance, Mr. Johnson served as a financial advisor at Edward Jones between 2013 and 2014 before joining Fidelity Investments as an investment consultant until 2017. He then advanced to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he held roles as a vice president and financial solutions adviser from 2017 to 2022 and a supervision manager until 2023.
Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in education from Illinois State University in 2008. His expertise is further recognized through his active memberships with the Association of Independent Corrugated Converters and the Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Johnson is deeply involved in his community, currently volunteering with local park districts and school districts. Earlier, he served as a coach and league commissioner for a youth football program for several years. These roles reflect Mr. Johnson’s dedication to fostering growth and development in young people.
During Mr. Johnson’s tenure at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, he was honored with the Valiant Award in 2021 for his exceptional contributions. His personal drive and attention to detail have been instrumental in achieving his goals. Mr. Johnson attributes much of his success to the unwavering support of his wife and family. As a father of three children, he strives to find balance between work responsibilities and family life.
