Since 2017, Mr. Readinger has also excelled as the vice president at Tocobaga Consulting. His tenure at the firm reflects his adaptability and strategic insight, contributing to the organization’s growth and reputation for innovative solutions. Headquartered in Tampa, the consulting and services firm focuses on marketing, working closely with small- to medium-sized businesses.
Beyond his primary work endeavors, as the co-host of the “ROI Podcast®” since 2018, Mr. Readinger has guided the program to receive seven Awards for Excellence in content and engagement. Working alongside his co-host, Law Smith, a stand-up comedian, he blends business with comedy, reflecting his dedication to fostering dialogue around important issues and amplifying diverse perspectives while providing business advice for small businesses, startups and entrepreneurs, among others.
Previously, Mr. Readinger worked as a physical education teacher for Hillsborough County Public Schools, serving from 2023 to 2025. This period stood out as a pivotal chapter in his career. He was particularly proud of his ability to leave the corporate sector to teach, motivated by a deep sense of responsibility to make a positive difference in the lives of the youth. During his time in education, Mr. Readinger worked closely with students facing significant adversity, including those in foster care or experiencing poverty.
During 2023, Mr. Readinger also served as a marketing director for Smile Group Inc., a private dental practice management solution based in the Tampa Bay area. In this role, he applied his expertise in brand management and communications to enhance the company’s visibility and outreach efforts.
From 2020 to 2023, Mr. Readinger excelled at Levo Healthcare Consulting LLC. Hired as an account executive, where he was in charge of managing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives, he also served as the director of media, where he oversaw media strategy and content development.
Among his earlier roles, Mr. Readinger led operations as the general manager at Forest Hills Dental between 2018 and 2020, managing daily operations and contributing to organizational improvements that enhanced patient care and staff performance. His professional journey began in 2010 with Snap-on Tools as a field support specialist, providing technical support and training services that strengthened customer satisfaction and product knowledge across the organization.
Mr. Readinger is an alumnus of Tampa Catholic High School, graduating in 2002. He later acquired a Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of South Florida in Tampa, earned in 2007. Mr. Readinger’s educational experiences have played a crucial role in shaping his analytical abilities and resilience, qualities that have supported him through professional challenges and informed his approach to leadership.
Civically engaged, Mr. Readinger is a donor to Homeless Bags, demonstrating his commitment to supporting vulnerable populations within his community. He attributes his professional and personal success to fortitude and perseverance amid adversity. Reflecting on periods when obstacles seemed insurmountable, Mr. Readinger recognizes that these experiences were integral to his personal growth and ultimate alignment with his true path.
Mr. Readinger is currently in the early stages of launching Neo Mask Solutions alongside John Krotek, a guest on his podcast. The startup is dedicated to promoting critical thinking on a global scale, a mission that aligns with Mr. Readinger’s vision for positive change worldwide. He anticipates assuming responsibilities similar to those of a director of global brand management and serving as the public face of the company.
Among other goals, Mr. Readinger, a registered libertarian for more than two decades, recently increased his involvement with the party due to concerns about its visibility during times of global uncertainty. He has expressed interest in taking on greater responsibility within the party, including exploring what would be required for a presidential nomination, and has initiated discussions with party leadership about these possibilities.
