The previous year, Ms. Bishnoi contributed her skills as a customer experience and events project manager at MaxisIT Inc. in Edison, New Jersey. There, she was responsible for orchestrating global corporate events, including industry conferences. Earlier, from 2023 to 2024, Ms. Bishnoi held the position of special event manager at Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She played a pivotal role in organizing high-profile events and was honored to participate in the bell-ringing ceremony for Johnson & Johnson at Dow Jones, an achievement she regards with great pride.
Between 2021 and 2023, Ms. Bishnoi worked at Opsgility in Piscataway, New Jersey, as a customer success manager, virtual conference producer and project platform manager. Her multifaceted role involved ensuring client satisfaction while producing virtual conferences that met evolving industry standards.
Among earlier opportunities, Ms. Bishnoi held positions with ChoicePoint Co-Occurring Addiction Treatment in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, I-Events USA, working with Abbott Pharmaceuticals, Cedar Gardens Banquet in Hamilton, New Jersey, and, among others, Solaris Health System in New Jersey, dating back to 2009. Additionally, she founded and operated I-Events USA in New Jersey as a freelance event planner for more than five years. Under her leadership, I-Events organized music concerts, film awards ceremonies and a wide array of social gatherings, including destination weddings and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) events. Notably, Ms. Bishnoi was commissioned by a Singaporean billionaire to organize a United Nations global peace conference in the mid-2010s, a milestone that brought together celebrities and politicians from around the world following her acclaimed work at Madison Square Garden in New York City. She also collaborated with NASDAQ on several projects.
Ms. Bishnoi’s academic background has been foundational to her professional accomplishments. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with concentrations in English literature, political science and history from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, completed in 2002. Subsequently, she earned a Master of Arts in political science from Maharaja Ganga Singh University, completed in 2004, followed by a master’s degree in event management and execution from the University of Mumbai in 2012. Furthermore, Ms. Bishnoi obtained a certificate in meeting and conference management and a certificate in media and public relations from New York University and is Azure 101 Certified from Skill Me UP through Opsgility. She also received a notary public commission from the State of New Jersey.
Civically, Ms. Bishnoi has been affiliated with several organizations, including the Lions Club International as a volunteer for 10 years and as a platelet donor with the New York Blood Center for 15 years. Notably, her time with the Lions Club earned her the Melvin Jones Fellowship award for outstanding fundraising contributions, the organization’s highest honor. Ms. Bishnoi has also supported nonprofits, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, as well as the American Red Cross, through donations and has volunteered her event management expertise across India, Nepal, Haiti and several African countries. In addition to receiving the Melvin Jones Fellowship, Ms. Bishnoi received a Gold Medal recognizing over 500 hours of volunteer service at Solaris Health Group.
