With over 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Veneziano has built a successful career specializing in business operations, leadership, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement. Since 2016, he has served as the chief operating officer (COO) and chief financial officer (CFO) of American Micro Products Inc., a leading manufacturer of precision-machined components for high-tech industries, including aerospace, medical devices, and fluid power systems. The company is renowned for producing high-precision connectors and hermetically sealed components critical for demanding applications. In his role, he oversees financial operations and manages core departments such as production, quality, and engineering.
Recently, Mr. Veneziano achieved a significant milestone in his career by executing a buyout of American Micro, where he was already a shareholder. Following this acquisition, he established BoldX Industries, a new company that will continue the legacy of American Micro while expanding into manufacturing products for a broader range of industries. BoldX Industries is positioned to integrate innovative solutions, delivering enhanced value across diverse markets.
In addition to his accomplishments in manufacturing, Mr. Veneziano is the founder of 361Health LLC, a company established in 2023 that provides consulting services to individuals and businesses focused on achieving holistic success across six key facets of life: Mind, Body, Spirit, Finances, Relationships, and Work/Business. 361Health adopts a comprehensive approach, offering guidance and actionable strategies to help clients create balance and thrive in all aspects of their personal and professional lives. The company also specializes in consulting on the development of new technologies aimed at flourishing communities, fostering innovation, and enhancing collective well-being.
Mr. Veneziano’s career trajectory at American Micro includes a series of leadership roles that highlight his technical expertise and operational acumen: vice president of operations from 2011 to 2015, vice president of product development in 2011, engineering manager from 2008 to 2010, senior process engineer and production supervisor from 2006 to 2008, and senior process engineer from 2006 to 2007. In addition to his work at American Micro, BoldX Industries, and 361Health, he has founded and contributed to several entrepreneurial and civic ventures. He was the co-founder and managing member of The Movement Community LLC in 2023 and founder of The Italian Connection LLC in 2018. He has also served as chief operating officer of Foreign Enterprise at Micro Global, WOFE since 2011, a board member at CybrCastle since 2020, and an operations officer and chief financial officer at CybrCastle from 2020 to 2022.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Veneziano held leadership roles at Real Human Performance from 2015 to 2023, EHP Enterprises LLC from 2010 to 2013, and Primerica from 2007 to 2010. His journey in manufacturing began as a product application manager at DMG between 2004 and 2006, where he traveled internationally as a machine builder, gaining invaluable technical expertise.
Originally from Italy, Mr. Veneziano holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and moved to the United States in 2004. His entrepreneurial spirit is deeply rooted in his family’s business background and a passion for leadership.
